Your Role:
Ā Build strong relationships with developers, owners, and brokers.
Ā Pre-screen and qualify transactions for seamless underwriting and funding.
Qualifications:
Ā Experience in SBA or commercial real estate lending.
Ā Knowledge of the U.S. commercial real estate market.
Recent projects include:
Ā $1.5M gas station portfolio in Texas.
Ā $2.2M stand-alone bank branch in Chicago.
Ā $3.6M 18-unit multifamily in San Francisco.
