About the position
The SAP Trainer role at Insight Enterprises is a hybrid position focused on delivering training to team members on SAP systems and processes. The trainer will participate in a Train The Trainer program and will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging training sessions, both virtually and in-person, while also providing post-go-live support. Responsibilities
• Leverage SAP training delivery experience
,
• Complete Train The Trainer program and User Acceptance Testing
,
• Study training assets, facilitator guides, simulations, for mastery
,
• Collaborate with Super Users to prepare for local training delivery
,
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions
,
• Provide post go-live support
,
• Monitor participation, engagement, knowledge checks to identify opportunities to enhance the training assets
,
• Advocate for Field Team Members and operations
,
• Represent BFS Learning & Development and Field training functions
Requirements
• 6+ years of professional experience delivering virtual and instructor-led system and process training
,
• Subject Matter knowledge of SAP Workstreams (RTR, C2C, P2P, TM, EWM, MDG, IBP); Workstream specialty preferred
,
• Experience working with Field locations and Site Team Members and Leaders
,
• Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with diverse audiences
,
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
,
• Confidently work at all levels of the organization
,
• Self-Starter, able to work independently
,
• Adaptability in a changing project environment
Nice-to-haves
• Spanish Proficiency
,
• SAP, Dayforce, Cornerstone experience
,
• 3+ years Instructional Design experience
