Infinite Solutions Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of a SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) consultant

Mandatory skills:
• Must have experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) configuration and administration.
• Expertise in learning item creation, curricula, programs, assignments, and certification management.
• Knowledge of user management, role-based permissions (RBP), and security configurations.
• Must have experience with LMS integrations, including HRIS, Employee Central, and third-party learning content providers.
• Proficiency in reporting, analytics, and LMS dashboards.
• Understanding of SCORM, AICC, xAPI, and online learning standards.
• Experience in system testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Knowledge of learning compliance, training records, and audit requirements.
• Strong stakeholder communication, documentation, and training skills.
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors release management and change implementation processes.
