Description We are seeking an experienced, purpose-driven multitasker to provide high level support on multiple ongoing projects on our Recruiting and Talent team. This is a Full Time, Ongoing position as a W2 Employee Requirements At AspireHR, our SuccessFactors Certified Consultant will work directly with our clients and their day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on the project. β€’ Lead projects in requirements definition, business process improvement, quality assurance, risk management, end user training, application configuration, and testing. β€’ Provide consulting services to the global organizations in HCM best practices and design standards to help clients to migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions. β€’ Conduct design workshops and solution playbacks with the client. β€’ Ensure design and deliver high quality solutions via system configuration that meet overall business requirements. β€’ Work with team members to facilitate successful integration between modules. β€’ Clearly document system configuration and business processes. β€’ Effectively transfer knowledge to the customer for on-going maintenance & support. β€’ Assist and review the preparation of the workshop and training materials. β€’ Keep abreast of new and relevant SAP releases and features and stay a certified expert in your respective area(s). β€’ Perform other duties as assigned. At AspireHR we only hire the best and expect ideal candidates to have the following required qualities: β€’ Certification in SuccessFactors Recruiting Management/Marketing. β€’ Certification in another SuccessFactors modules such as PM/GM, Succession or Onboarding. β€’ At least 3 year’s hands-on experience in being the lead consultant in SuccessFactors implementations with a major emphasis on the Recruiting modules. β€’ Hands-on experience of all the Data Models/templates and knowledge of XML. β€’ Hands-on experience with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules and workflows preferred. β€’ Expertise in translations and language packs for template configuration and MDF preferred. β€’ Understanding of how applications support business processes and key Human Resource functions. Ability to apply this knowledge to solve client business problems. β€’ Strong best practice consulting skills in SAP/SuccessFactors. β€’ Excellent English language, oral and written communication skills. Preferred Skills To be successful at this role, we prefer (not required) ideal candidates to have the following background and/or experience: β€’ Knowledge, experience, and current SAP SuccessFactors Certifications in 1 or more talent modules, with Recruiting Management/Marketing required. β€’ Keen attention to detail specifically when given direction, gathering requirements, listening to customers, documenting issues, and problem-solving. β€’ Ability and desire to share knowledge with customers and to mentor other consultants on the team. β€’ Strong presentation and consulting skills. Knowledge β€’ Skilled at knowledge sharing of functional and technical information with other team members. β€’ Ability to work as part of a team and work independently on complex problems. Must be a team player with a strong desire to continue learning and expanding your knowledge in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. β€’ Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. β€’ Ability to grasp business concepts and set up applications accordingly. β€’ Ability to multitask, exercise sound judgment and prioritize conflicting demands of time with minimal supervision. β€’ Team player; always working towards win/win relationships. β€’ Self-guided person able to work in a changing environment. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability. β€’ Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers, both written and verbal. β€’ Demonstrates understanding of the integration points with other HR systems and modules.
