What your tasks are: Planning and managing SAP projects Leading and conducting customer workshops and presentations Mediating all Scrum events (daily Scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospectives) Coaching the development team, product owner, and organization in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) Ensuring compliance with the Scrum framework and agile principles Identifying and removing impediments to ensure team flow Promoting self-organization, transparency, and continuous improvement Supporting the product owner with backlog maintenance and prioritization Continuous training in hard and soft skills What experience you should have: At least 3 years of experience in SAP project management and extensive knowledge of Scrum and agile frameworks Active Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM I/II or CSM) Experience with other project methods (e.g., waterfall, hybrid models) Strong communication and moderation skills and enthusiasm for teamwork Strong empathy, conflict resolution skills, and assertiveness Experience in coaching teams and managers High level of proactivity, flexibility, and willingness to travel Excellent command of English CNT stands for further development, career opportunities and prospects, as well as a family-friendly working environment.
