Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP OTC Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash processes including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Delivery, and Credit Management.
The candidate will work with business stakeholders to design, configure, and support SAP SD/OTC solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) / SAP SD processes.
Work on sales order processing, pricing, billing, delivery, and returns.
Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
Support integration with modules such as MM, FI, and Logistics Execution.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide end-to-end support for OTC cycle.
Participate in testing, implementation, and user training.
Required Skills:
10+ years of experience in SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC).
Strong knowledge of sales order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
Experience with integration with FI, MM, and logistics modules.
Experience in configuration and support of SAP SD processes.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
