SAP MM Lead

The work You will play a key role in designing, delivering, and optimizing SAP Material Management solutions, with a strong focus on procurement processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, guide junior resources, and act as a trusted advisor to clients across implementation and transformation programs. Key responsibilities include: • Lead and support SAP MM solution design and delivery, with deep expertise in procurement and pricing procedures. • Configure and support and ensure compliance with tax and localization requirements. • Drive and support Stock Transfer Order (STO) scenarios, including intercompany and intracompany flows. • Collaborate with SAP PP teams to ensure seamless integration between Materials Management and Production Planning processes. • Support RTP (Record-to-Process) business analysis activities, translating business requirements into SAP MM solutions. • Identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities, and recommend practical, scalable solutions. • Lead, coach, and review the work of project team members; support performance management as required. • Partner with clients and stakeholders to validate designs, conduct workshops, and ensure solution alignment to business objectives. • Configure, test, and support SAP solutions following defined SAP and Accenture methodologies. This is a hybrid role in Nashville, TN and will require 3 days per week in the office.
