Consultant Location: Charlotte NC Remote Please send your updated resume with below details: Visa status: Current Location: Availability: Bachelor degree and years of passing : Master degree and years of passing : Job Description Responsibilities: 8-10+ years of Experince We are seeking an experienced SAP LE/WM consultant to join our team with strong experience in designing and implementing solutions as well as data migration. Associate will have strong knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations as well as work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and project managers to deliver end to end solutions with focus on system configuration, integration and data migration from legacy systems. Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements as well as design & implement key Logistics processes like Outbound & inbound processing, Shipping & transportation, delivery processing, freight & shipment costing as well as Warehouse mgmt. processes like warehouse structures, picking strategy, transfer orders etc. Coordinate with other SAP functional modules like MM, SD, PP and ABAP for seamless integration. Support integration to barcode/RFID systems and 3PLs Define data migration strategy and plan for LE/WM related data (Storage bins, transfer orders, movement and storage types) Perform data validation and reconciliation in coordination with business and IT stakeholders Develop data migration templates and support mock-cutover and go-live activities Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience and at least 2 SAP LE/WM full life cycle implementation experience in SAP ECC including experience with data migration. Experience with data migration tools and methodologies, like LSMW and other tools Familiarity with ABAP for custom extraction or transformation scripts. Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and progress. Involvement in process improvements, system enhancements, and general problem solving to improve customer experience and team effectiveness Project-Specific Requirements: Ability to identify the required fields, tables, and relationships in SAP for LE/WM data migration. Prepare and execute data migration strategies for the transfer of LE/WM data to SAP. Develop detailed mapping of LE/WM-related data between legacy systems and SAP and define transformation rules for moving data, ensuring that configurations are properly mapped. Well versed with Implementation onsite-offshore delivery models. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
