Compensation: $12,000 USD per month
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Project Manager to lead and manage SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) projects for our US-based clients. The role involves overseeing project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring SAP IBP initiatives are implemented efficiently and aligned with business objectives.
This is a contract role, ideal for professionals with strong SAP IBP experience and proven track record managing planning and supply chain transformation projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management
β’ Lead end-to-end SAP IBP projects, including implementation, optimization, and rollout activities.
β’ Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
β’ Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and dependencies.
Stakeholder Engagement
β’ Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and external partners.
β’ Facilitate project governance, steering committees, and status reporting.
β’ Align technical teams with business requirements and goals.
SAP IBP Delivery
β’ Coordinate cross-functional teams working on Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP processes.
β’ Ensure integration with other enterprise systems and alignment across SAP modules.
β’ Oversee testing, validation, and deployment activities.
Risk and Issue Management
β’ Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
β’ Resolve escalations impacting timelines, budget, or scope.
Quality and Compliance
β’ Ensure adherence to SAP IBP best practices, project governance, and delivery standards.
β’ Drive quality assurance across all project deliverables.
Required Experience
β’ Proven experience managing SAP IBP implementations or transformation projects.
β’ Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, S&OP, Inventory Optimization).
β’ Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
β’ Solid track record of end-to-end project delivery on schedule and budget.
Preferred Experience
β’ Familiarity with integration between SAP IBP and SAP ECC/S4HANA or other ERP systems.
β’ Experience in US-based projects or clients.
β’ Knowledge of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
