SAP IBP Project Manager – Contractor
Location: United States (Remote / Hybrid as required)

Compensation: $12,000 USD per month
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Project Manager to lead and manage SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) projects for our US-based clients. The role involves overseeing project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring SAP IBP initiatives are implemented efficiently and aligned with business objectives.
This is a contract role, ideal for professionals with strong SAP IBP experience and proven track record managing planning and supply chain transformation projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management
• Lead end-to-end SAP IBP projects, including implementation, optimization, and rollout activities.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and dependencies.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, and external partners.
• Facilitate project governance, steering committees, and status reporting.
• Align technical teams with business requirements and goals.
SAP IBP Delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional teams working on Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP processes.
• Ensure integration with other enterprise systems and alignment across SAP modules.
• Oversee testing, validation, and deployment activities.
Risk and Issue Management
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Resolve escalations impacting timelines, budget, or scope.
Quality and Compliance
• Ensure adherence to SAP IBP best practices, project governance, and delivery standards.
• Drive quality assurance across all project deliverables.
Required Experience
• Proven experience managing SAP IBP implementations or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, S&OP, Inventory Optimization).
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Solid track record of end-to-end project delivery on schedule and budget.
Preferred Experience
• Familiarity with integration between SAP IBP and SAP ECC/S4HANA or other ERP systems.
• Experience in US-based projects or clients.
• Knowledge of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
