Currently, we're seeking a SAP HR/HCM Payroll Consultant to join our team. #TalanSuisse Job Description: Lead workshops with HR and Payroll departments to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Implementation & Configuration: Design and configure SAP HR/HCM modules, with a primary focus on Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT). Transition to Cloud: Support clients in their journey from On-Premise to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Support & Evolution: Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of existing payroll schemas and rules. Qualifications: Experience: At least 7 years of experience as an SAP HR/HCM Consultant with a strong track record in Payroll. Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of SAP HR/HCM. Interest or prior experience with SuccessFactors (SF) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Ability to debug. Nice to have: Transition to Cloud: Support clients in their journey from On-Premise to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Interest or prior experience with SuccessFactors (SF) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, excellent organization (essential for high-performance team environments), and a collaborative "team player" attitude. Languages: Fluent French and a professional level of English.
