Job Title: SAP Functional Consultant Location: SF Bay Area, CA Job Type: Contract Job Description: We are looking for experienced SAP Functional Consultants with a strong background in Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on SAP functional expertise, deep domain knowledge, and the ability to work onsite with business and IT teams. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements. • Configure and implement SAP modules (MM, PP, WM/EWM, SD, QM, APO, IBP, Ariba, etc. as relevant). • Provide functional expertise for end-to-end business processes in manufacturing and supply chain. • Support testing, training, and documentation to ensure smooth project delivery. • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for pharma/manufacturing supply chain processes, ensuring compliance with GxP/GMP standards. • Partner with cross-functional IT and business teams for integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems. Required Skills & Experience: • 7+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience in one or more of the following modules: MM, PP, WM/EWM, SD, QM, APO, IBP, Ariba. • Strong industry expertise in Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain environments. • Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred (implementation, rollout, or migration projects). • Knowledge of GxP / GMP / FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance is a plus. • Proven ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have: • Prior experience working as a Functional Lead or SME. • Exposure to SAP upgrade/migration projects. • Cross-module integration knowledge (FI/CO, QM, etc.). Apply tot his job
