Responsibilities • Analyzing business requirements and adjudicating them as Fit and Gaps based on SAP S/4HANA Finance V2023. • Support designing end to end Close to Report solutions within SAP, collaborating with other value streams like Sales, Procurement and Manufacturing. • Experience with SAP integration with other modules like MM, SD, and PP. • Configuring and customizing SAP Finance modules especially General Ledger and Project Systems. • Facilitating workshops to distinguish between requirements that can be met with standard out-of-the-box solutions and those that require enhancements. • Developing functional specifications for custom development. • Testing and validating intercompany solutions. • Collaborate with business users to identify and define detailed process requirements and use cases. • Act as a subject matter expert, contributing to key decisions and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. • Engage with multiple teams and stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive key decisions. • Develop comprehensive documentation to support process improvements and ensure clarity. • Leverage your expertise in SAP S/4HANA FICO and Project Systems, including Labor Costing, to deliver high-quality solutions. Requirements • Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO and Project Systems. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) Nice-to-haves • Knowledge of SAP for Aerospace & Defense. • Excellent written, presentation and communication skills to work within team and cross-functional groups. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. • Good understanding of the Close to report Value stream processes within the manufacturing industries in SAP.
