Position: SAP Data Migration Lead with HCM Location: NJ (25% onsite) Duration: 3 months Details:- Need support for cutover and go-live The HCM Architect is expected to carve out data from one system to another system. The customer is spinning off part of its company. For the employees that are moving to the new company, an initial hire record along with other master data will need to be created in the new system. The customer also requested the initial load of the OM structure. The resource will need to write ABAP programs in the source system to extract employee and OM data. In the new system, the consultant will use traditional load methods (LSMW, etc.) to load the employee master data and the OM structure.
