Position: SAP Crystal Reports Developer

Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead the design, development, and optimization of SAP Crystal Reports
ā¢ Translate business reporting requirements into scalable technical solutions
ā¢ Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects
ā¢ Manage the end-to-end report development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, and deployment
ā¢ Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and enforce development best practices
ā¢ Perform report performance tuning, data validation, and issue resolution
ā¢ Ensure proper technical documentation, including report logic and development standards
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and delivery efficiency
ā¢ Support ongoing enhancements and maintenance of existing reports
Required Skills & Experience
ā¢ 6ā10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Crystal Reports development
ā¢ Strong proficiency in SQL, including:
ā¢ Advanced queries
ā¢ Stored procedures and functions
ā¢ Performance tuning and optimization
ā¢ Demonstrated experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer
ā¢ Hands-on experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.)
ā¢ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
ā¢ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
ā¢ Excellent communication and documentation skills
Nice to Have
ā¢ Experience with ETL tools or data warehousing concepts
ā¢ Exposure to other reporting or BI platforms
ā¢ Knowledge of SAP modules or integrations (not required)
