They are seeking an Industry Process Advisory Consultant to support customers in their digital transformation journeys by providing strategic guidance, value realization, and transformation coordination.ResponsibilitiesBuild foundational consulting, enterprise architecture, and value management skillsSupport strategic transformation initiatives across the customer lifecycleGrow from contributor to leading workstreams and supporting executive engagementsGain exposure to governance, roadmapping, adoption strategy, and innovation in enterprise environmentsPrepare executive-ready materials (roadmaps, governance updates, value scorecards)Document business objectives, KPIs, and milestonesContribute to discovery workshops and translate requirements into structured transformation plansTrack KPIs and support value scorecards and health assessmentsContribute to business cases, benchmarking, and CCOE/adoption initiativesSupport innovation and AI-enabled transformation use casesAlign customer, SAP, and partner stakeholders on milestones and deliverablesTrack roadmaps, risks, and escalationsProvide research, analysis, and support for SAP transformation tools and frameworksDeliver assigned tasks on time with high quality and attention to detailDemonstrate strong preparation and analytical rigor in customer engagementsCommunicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholdersStructure ambiguous problems into actionable insightsSupport transformation governance forums with accurate reporting and documentationContinuously build knowledge of SAP solutions, enterprise architecture concepts, and value management frameworksDemonstrate curiosity and initiative in learning new tools, technologies, and methodologiesSkillsBachelor's degree required (business, information systems, engineering, or related field preferred); SAP coursework or certification is a plus1–3 years of experience in consulting, technology, business analysis, or enterprise software environmentsAbility to translate business requirements into structured solution designs with clear integration pointsFoundational knowledge of SAP solutions (e.g., S/4HANA, BTP), enterprise landscapes, and full lifecycle implementations; exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferredFamiliarity with integration concepts, APIs, data management, and security fundamentals (e.g., SSO, authorizations); experience with a programming or scripting language (ABAP, Python, JavaScript, SQL) preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset and interest in AI, automation, and value-driven transformationCandidates with more than 3 years of experience will not be consideredSAP is not offering current or future visa sponsorship (includes NO F1/OPT) for this roleThe role requires candidates to be onsite at an SAP office or customer location (3) days per week, in alignment with our Pledge-to-Flex policy; Candidates MUST live locally to the SAP location that they're applying toSAP is not offering relocation benefits for this roleExposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferredExperience with a programming or scripting language (ABAP, Python, JavaScript, SQL) preferredBenefitsGreat benefitsSAP North America BenefitsCompany OverviewSAP provides enterprise application software to various industries, including consumer, discrete manufacturing, public services.
