Salesforce Technical Consultant
Innovior is a leading boutique Digital Transformation consultancy. As a Salesforce Technical Consultant, you will design and build high‑quality Salesforce solutions that solve real business problems. You’ll work closely with clients, functional consultants, and solution architects to translate requirements into scalable, well‑engineered implementations on the Salesforce platform. This role is hands‑on and delivery‑focused, combining strong development skills with a consulting mindset. You’ll be involved across the full delivery lifecycle from discovery and solution design through to build, testing, and deployment. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and standard platform features Collaborate with Functional Consultants and Solution Architects to translate business requirements into technical designs Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform tools Implement automation, validation, security, and data models aligned to Salesforce best practices Perform code reviews, ensure quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices Support deployment activities, release management, and post‑go‑live support Participate in technical discovery, estimation, and solution planning activities Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers where appropriate Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Skills and experience Required Strong hands‑on experience developing on the Salesforce Platform Proven experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows Solid understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and data modelling Experience with integrations and APIs Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and source control (e.g. Git‑based workflows) Experience working in project‑based or consulting environments Strong problem‑solving and communication skills Desirable Experience across one or more Salesforce Clouds (e.g. Sales, Service, Experience, Industry Clouds) Exposure to large‑scale or multi‑org implementations Experience with managed packages and ISV solutions Prior client‑facing or consulting experience Certifications Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications are highly regarded Ongoing certification and learning is encouraged and supported What we offer Work on complex, high‑impact Salesforce implementations A collaborative team environment with strong technical leadership Clear career progression within a growing, award-winning Salesforce practice Support for certifications, learning, and professional development Flexible working arrangements and a strong focus on work–life balance
