Job Title: Salesforce System Administrator Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Salesforce.com Administrator to join our team, with a primary focus on end user support. The Salesforce System Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration and support of the company's Salesforce environment. This is a support-based role. You will operate as the first line of assistance for Salesforce users and will be triaging issues and gathering information to help resolve tickets. What You'll do: • Serve as the primary support for Salesforce across the entire organization via Service desk Channels. • Triage and prioritize incoming Salesforce support issues, ensuring timely responses. • Document clear steps to replicate problems and provide detailed descriptions as needed for escalation to higher-level support or development teams. • Partner with the Information Systems team on projects involving Salesforce, including configuration changes, integrations, and system upgrades. • Support user adoption and training efforts, helping end users understand new features and system enhancements. • Maintain accurate records of all support interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system. • Collaborate with other Salesforce administrators and developers to facilitate issue resolution. • Identify recurring issues and contribute to the development of user-facing documentation and FAQs. • User management - including creation, deactivation, and permission changes. • Participate in routine audits and data quality checks as needed. What You'll Bring: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field. • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) preferred. • 1+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator. • Knowledge of Salesforce APEX is a plus. • Experience working with ticketing/service desk systems (e.g., Freshdesk, ServiceNow, Zendesk). • Familiarity with SQL, SOQL, or other query languages. • Strong organizational and project management skills. • Understanding of business applications and middleware services, with experience in systems analysis and design. • Forward-thinking with the ability to recommend process improvements and contribute to the strategic direction of Salesforce usage. • Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboards. • Previous experience in a service desk or helpdesk environment. • Experience in documenting processes and creating user guides. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
