Job Summary:
Required:
ā¢ Designed and lead build of complex process management using Salesforce.
ā¢ High proficiency in process design and data modelling.
ā¢ Good understanding of architecture principles of building and integrating cloud apps.
ā¢ Demonstrated thought leadership, communication and engagement with stakeholders.
ā¢ Hand-on experience with Salesforce build tools ā Flows, App builder, Experience Sites, Omnichannel, Approvals, Apex, LWC and Visualforce.
ā¢ Multiple years of implementation and support experience on a large Salesforce Service Cloud org.
ā¢ Experience with Oracle HCM and understanding of HR.
Preferred:
ā¢ Experience building journeys with Salesforce Marketing Cloud on ExactTarget.
ā¢ Experience with complex data conversion modelling.
