Salesforce Solution Architect (Nonprofit & Public Sector)

At Modelit, we are looking for a Solution Architect.

This is a senior-level, hands-on architectural role focused on the end-to-end design and delivery of Salesforce solutions. You will be responsible for translating requirements into scalable technical configurations, overseeing system architecture across multiple clouds, and ensuring that solutions are optimized for constituent engagement. You will act as a technical lead for digital transformations, specially in the non-profit and public sector.

Responsibilities

Solution Design: Analyze business requirements and design scalable, robust Salesforce solutions, integrating with other systems.

Client Consultation: Provide strategic guidance on best practices, efficiencies, and system solutions throughout implementation and audits.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, stakeholders, and teams to prioritize architectural requirements and solutions.

Mentorship & Leadership: Mentor team members and lead architectural decisions while fostering a culture of innovation.

Implementation & Support: Oversee successful deployment, troubleshoot technical issues, and create technical documentation.

Requirements

5+ years of Salesforce configuration experience, with a deep understanding of its architecture, capabilities, and multi-cloud integration patterns.

Strong client-facing communication skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

Collaborative mindset, with experience leading remote, cross-functional teams.

Professional proficiency in English.

Nice to Have

Experience in human services, nonprofit, or public sector organizations.

Experience with digital transformation or multi-phase technology roadmaps.

Strong interest in technology strategy and solution design.

Experience in NPSP and NPC.
