Salesforce QA Tester
Description:

The Salesforce QA/Tester is responsible for ensuring quality, reliability, and functionality of Salesforce applications.
This role involves meticulous testing processes and collaboration with developers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities include test planning, execution, defect management, automation testing, performance testing, and reporting.
Collaborates in Agile processes and continuous improvement of testing practices.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, are a plus.
Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably with Salesforce applications.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including custom objects, workflows, and integrations.
Proficiency in using testing tools such as Provar, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or other automation frameworks.
Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or TestRail.
Familiarity with Salesforce-specific testing tools, such as Apex Test Execution and Developer Console.
Knowledge of APIs and tools for testing API-based integrations.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify, isolate, and resolve defects efficiently.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with development teams to resolve them.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to document testing activities and present results to stakeholders.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
Experience testing Salesforce Lightning Components, Visualforce pages, and custom Apex code is preferred.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including participation in sprint-based development cycles is preferred.
Experience in performance and load testing tools and techniques is preferred.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment/testing tools is preferred.
