About the position Responsibilities • Develop and implement solutions using Salesforce platforms including Mulesoft, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Health Cloud. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Lead and mentor junior team members in best practices for Salesforce development and implementation. • Optimize existing data pipelines and ensure data integrity across systems. • Participate in the design and architecture of scalable and efficient data solutions. Requirements • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience. • 5-7 years of relevant experience for Lead Software Engineer positions, with demonstrated team leadership. • 3-5 years of relevant experience for Senior Software Engineer positions. • Advanced working knowledge of SQL and relational databases. • Experience with enterprise-level design and implementation of relational databases and big data technologies. Nice-to-haves • 7+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform. • Experience in healthcare settings. • Salesforce Certified Administrator Certificate and other advanced Salesforce certifications preferred. • Experience with managing healthcare data and unstructured data.
