We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
ā¢ Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business strategies and objectives.
ā¢ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and design architecture solutions that meet organizational needs.
ā¢ Evaluate existing systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending enhancements or new technologies.
ā¢ Lead the design and implementation of web applications using technologies such as JavaScript, AJAX, WebSphere, Ember.js, and XML.
ā¢ Ensure effective integration of APIs across various platforms to facilitate seamless data exchange.
ā¢ Promote best practices in software development within an Agile environment to enhance team productivity and product quality.
ā¢ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
ā¢ Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform architectural decisions.
Experience
ā¢ Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role within technology-driven organizations.
ā¢ Strong proficiency in web development technologies including JavaScript, AJAX, WebSphere, Ember.js, XML, and server-side development.
ā¢ Demonstrated experience designing APIs and integrating systems effectively.
ā¢ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices in software development.
ā¢ Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically about technology solutions.
ā¢ Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
