- Architect, build, deploy, operate, and optimize Salesforce projects and solutions
- Plan and manage Salesforce portfolio, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the Salesforce environment
- Define and operationalize disaster recovery plans and ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and map out project plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a closely related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT developer role working with Salesforce
- Proficient in Salesforce development and some administrative knowledge
- Experience leading projects and working with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Significant experience with Salesforce automation tools, formula fields, and data management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Apex or custom scripting
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Background in large Salesforce environments and managing large data sets
- Experience with building in Sandbox environments and deploying changes to production
- Knowledge of installing and configuring applications from App Exchange
