Role Overview
Seeking a Salesforce Developer focused on configuration, development, and solution build-out within Salesforce. This role will contribute heavily to application functionality, workflows, and user experience as the team builds the marketplace platform.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Configure and develop Salesforce solutions using Lightning components, flows, and permission sets
ā¢ Build and optimize workflows and business process automation
ā¢ Contribute to solution design and collaborate closely with senior engineers
ā¢ Support the re-standup of an existing Salesforce implementation
ā¢ Assist in delivering new application capabilities and enhancements
Required Qualifications
ā¢ Hands-on Salesforce development experience
ā¢ Design and build custom, responsive user interfaces using LWC, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
ā¢ OmniStudio experience
ā¢ Experience with Lightning Experience and Salesforce Flow
ā¢ U.S. Citizenship and clearance eligibility
ā¢ Strong collaboration and communication skills
ā¢ Ability to contribute in a fast-moving, team-based environment
Strongly Preferred
ā¢ Public sector or federal program exposure
ā¢ Experience working within complex, compliance-driven environments
