Role: Salesforce Developer
Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in California)
Duration: Contract-to-Hire
Experience:
• 10+ years of IT experience
• 6 + years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• Healthcare payer insurance experience
• Build backend logic and frontend interfaces using Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and occasionally Visualforce.
• Connect Salesforce with external software (e.g., ERP systems, marketing tools) using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Use out-of-the-box automation tools to minimize hard-coding where possible.
• Write unit tests to ensure high code coverage, perform system debugging, and deploy changes safely using Salesforce Sandboxes and version control.
• Monitor platform performance, resolve technical bugs, and ensure system governance aligns with Salesforce Security guidelines.
• Strong command of Java-like syntax in Apex, alongside JavaScript and SQL/SOQL.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Excel, or equivalent).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
