We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our team to work on the Configuration Platform which is built on top of Salesforce Sales Cloud. You will join an exciting journey that our company is currently going through to transform our tech stack from monolithic architecture to domain driven microservice architecture. And while doing so, unify the multiple configuration platforms we have today into one. The work you do will enable Included Health to provide great service to our customers, and help our company become an indispensable partner to our customers.

Role Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Software Engineer I on the Customer Experience team, you will:
• Rapidly develop features in the next generation Configuration Platform on top of Salesforce Sale Cloud;
• Engage in cross-functional efforts to ensure timely and successful delivery against shared goal of migrating from monolithic to domain driven microservice architecture;
• Owning the end-to-end product solution, from designing to implementation to shipping to maintaining. Owns the entire lifecycle of the project;

Your Qualifications
• You have strong Salesforce engineering fundamentals and are able to apply them effectively when faced with a problem;
• You are skilled in building and testing custom solutions in Apex and creating Lightning Web Component;
• You care about software and are proud of what you delivered;
• You have the attention to details and are able to execute data migration without any problems;
• You tend to become a subject matter expert in any code you dive into, and demonstrate strong product ownership in your team’s work;
• You have a strong desire to grow and continuously looking to recognize growth areas and improve in both technical and non-technical skills;
• You optimize for impact over progress and have a bias towards action;
