They are seeking a Salesforce Developer who will be responsible for developing and enhancing Salesforce functionality, collaborating with business analysts, and contributing code under the guidance of senior developers.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Operations to refine requirements, and design, develop, test, and release new featuresDevelop and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, Salesforce Flow, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQLActively contribute production code under the guidance of senior developers and architectsBuild and modify Lightning Web Components (LWC) using Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)Implement Flow-first automation (record-triggered, screen, and auto-launched flows)Assist with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and Salesforce-native integration toolsDebug and resolve issues related to Apex code, Flows, LWCs, and data integrityParticipate in code reviews, following established development standards and best practicesContribute code through Git-based source control and support deployments using CI/CD pipelinesSupport testing efforts including unit tests, regression testing, and UAT preparationProvide technical support and 'how-to' assistance related to developed features and enhancementsSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experienceDemonstrated experience writing: Apex classes and/or triggers: (or other programming languages) (We value aptitude more than direct experience.
