Salesforce Data Entry

Remote Full-time


We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Salesforce Data Entry Specialist to support Transflo Sales operations by ensuring accurate and timely entry of customer and contract data into Salesforce. This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of our CRM and enabling effective reporting and decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate has experience working with Salesforce, strong attention to detail, and the ability to interpret legal and commercial contract terms such as agreement term length, renewal clauses, and termination notice periods.



This is a part time position - 30 hours/ week



Key Responsibilities:


Accurately enter customer, account, and contract information into Salesforce from various source documents, including legal agreements and order forms.


Review and interpret key contract terms, including:


o Agreement start and end dates


o Renewal provisions


o Termination notice periods


o Payment terms and billing frequency


o Service levels and obligations


Update and manage customer contact information, ensuring accuracy and completeness for key stakeholders, billing contacts, and decision-makers.


Maintain data consistency and integrity across Salesforce records by following established data entry standards and best practices.


Identify and flag discrepancies or incomplete information for resolution with internal stakeholders.


Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Customer Success teams to clarify contract terms and contact records as needed.


Support regular data audits and clean-up initiatives to ensure Salesforce data remains accurate and up to date.


Assist with the creation of reports and dashboards to support business needs and performance tracking.



Qualifications:


Experience in Salesforce data entry or CRM administration.


Proven ability to read and interpret commercial contract language.


Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.


Experience updating and maintaining contact information in a CRM environment.


Familiarity with CRM systems and basic understanding of relational data.


Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).


Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
