What You Will Be Doing:The RegEd Salesforce Consultant is an individual contributor who will use their functional consulting skillset and Salesforce Platform expertise to own aspects of requirements, design, configuration and quality assurance of salesforce configurations required to implement and maintain RegEd’s contracting and onboarding application.Responsibilities:
Facilitate requirements gathering with customer teams for the following topics: Integration, Personas, Screen Flow, e-Signature, Email automation, Experience site, Schema, and reporting
Configure screen flows to digitize client onboarding and contracting workflows
Customer facing demos of configured components
Partner with Product Owner to ensure understanding of existing and new features
Consistently contribute to maintaining team Confluence pages and templates
Collaborate with customer Salesforce teams for environment management and deployment
Develop templates and best practices for future implementations
Act as SME & resource within Implementation regarding all aspects Salesforce Implementation
Consistently operates with a very high degree of initiative, creative problem-solving, and client satisfaction on the most complex projects
Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of Salesforce experience
Salesforce Administrator expertise in areas including Profiles, Permissions, Sharing Settings and Schema
Experience with Data Migration
Experience with configuring AppExchange tools
Exposure to 3rd party API integrations
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Project, Outlook, Word and Excel, required
Strong communication skills (internal and client audiences); consistent, positive attitude; professional, responsive, results-oriented, effective problem solver who seeks to understand how issues arise and prevent them from recurring; natural leader/driver
Nice To Have:
Knowledge of the securities and insurance industries a plus
Preferred Certifications: Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I, or equivalent experience
FinTech, RegTech or SaaS experience.
