In this role you'll have the freedom to excel and grow by empowering the partners and creating meaningful value. Drive market strategies and launch cutting-edge solutions. What you will be doing: Drive Salesforce innovation by partnering with GTM and cross‑functional teams to uncover business needs and turn them into smart, scalable solutions that fuel growth. Transform user journeys into action by designing intuitive configurations, workflows, and data models that elevate how our teams operate every day. Build and optimize automation that reduces manual work, improves data accuracy, and delivers a seamless experience for sales and marketing users. Champion CRM excellence through proactive data monitoring, dashboard creation, and insights that empower leaders to make confident, data‑driven decisions. Lead change and enablement efforts by supporting UAT, guiding users through new features, and ensuring smooth rollouts of Salesforce enhancements. Stay ahead of the curve by continuously exploring new Salesforce capabilities and recommending improvements that help the platform scale with our growth. Requirements Required Abilities: Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, paired with analytical expertise and the ability to manage multiple priorities and make data‑driven decisions. Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Education: 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in Salesforce administration/configuration (certifications preferred), with a background in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and exposure to Sales or Commercial Operations.
