We are in search of an experienced Salesforce Architect who will be a trusted advisor to our clients. This person will focus their talents on implementing best-in-class sales and marketing systems, as well as helping our clients improve their business process. We are also looking for someone who has excellent technical skills and can understand the business problems our clients are trying to solve. You're a great fit for this role if you are comfortable in a client facing role and can drive the business process conversations with stakeholders to understand current processes, identify pain points, define requirements, and design solutions. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current processes, identify pain points and define requirements • Translate business needs into a well-architected Salesforce solution, considering scalability, security, and maintainability • Possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce features, best practices, and development methodologies • Design Salesforce solutions tailored to the client's unique requirements • Implement Salesforce solutions, including data migrations, integrations, and customizations • Work with developers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery • Mentor and coach other employees to help up level them. • Provide technical support to system users • Stay current on latest Salesforce releases and features to ensure solutions remain relevant and effective Qualifications: • College degree or equivalent work/technical experience • 12+ years experience in Salesforce • 5+ years experience working directly with business stakeholders to achieve results • Proven ability to lead multiple client accounts with multiple projects simultaneously • Experience with designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions for complex tech stacks • Knowledge of Agentforce and Revenue Cloud impacts on the Salesforce ecosystem • Expert understanding of relational databases and data integration tools • Ability to mentor, train, and develop others in a team environment • Excellent communication and analytical skills • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and continually expand skills.
