About the Role • Job Title: Salesforce Architect Key Responsibilities • As a Principal Salesforce Architect, you will report directly to the hiring manager and act as a cross-team leader responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. • This role requires expertise across multiple Salesforce Clouds and the ability to architect scalable, integrated platforms that support Centene’s complex business needs. Minimum Qualifications • Ability to engage with executive and technical stakeholders to define vision, refine requirements, and validate architectural decisions. Skilled at presenting complex architectural solutions in a clear, business-aligned manner. • Cross-Team Collaboration Experience leading design and implementation across business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on architecture standards and best practices. • Comfortable influencing without direct authority across multiple stakeholders. Adaptability & Self-Management • Ability to manage ambiguity, drive clarity in evolving environments, and proactively identify architectural risks and solutions Operates independently while maintaining strong alignment with organizational goals. • Repository & Governance Practices: Experience establishing architectural repositories, governance frameworks, and reusable patterns to support long-term scalability. Desired Qualifications • Proven experience architecting end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Data Cloud. Location • Remote Position Information Salary and Other Compensation: The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between [$130,000 – 135,000 annually]/[$65-70 per hour].
