This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Virginia (USA) Salesforce Administrator/Developer - Remote at McLean, VA Duration: 12 months Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing, programming, and deploying Salesforce solutions to enhance business efficiency and innovation. Work independently with moderate supervision to develop and integrate custom functionality across the Salesforce ecosystem. Responsibilities: • Analyze, program, and deploy Salesforce.com software packages and custom code. • Utilize Apex, Visual Force, or other supported languages to enhance Salesforce functionality. • Ensure seamless integration of existing code and packages into Salesforce environments. • Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and licenses within Salesforce. • Create and manage custom objects, record types, workflows, flows, and page layouts. • Maintain data integrity through imports, updates, deduplication, and audits. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Skills: • Proficiency in Apex and Visual Force programming languages. • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices. • Experience with Salesforce administration including user management and security settings. • Ability to design and implement custom objects, workflows, and automation. • Data management expertise including imports, updates, and quality assurance. • Problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Effective communication and collaboration abilities. • Familiarity with Salesforce Gen AI setup is a plus. Required Experience: • 5 years of experience in a Salesforce Admin or Developer role. • Experience managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and licenses. • Ability to create and manage custom objects, record types, workflows, flows, and page layouts. • Experience maintaining data integrity through data imports, updates, deduplication, and audits.
