Salesforce Administrator (W2)

Position Overview:

This candidate will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the current Salesforce environment. You will gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure the platform is optimized to meet evolving business needs. You will configure and maintain Salesforce to support business processes, workflows, and automation while collaborating with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills:
• 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and customization
• Previous experince administering user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings within Salesforce
• Experince with Salesforce objects, fields, security, automation tools (Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flow), and reporting features
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science related field

Nice to Have:
• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Experience with Salesforce Communities, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Knowledge of Apex triggers, Visualforce, or Lightning components
