• The ability to balance business urgency with platform stability and governance
• Confidence pushing back on shortcuts that introduce risk or technical debt
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
• A proactive, collaborative approach when working with business users and technical teams
