Salesforce Admin (Boston Hybrid) – Manufacturing Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 I’m currently partnering with a manufacturing client in Boston that is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to take full ownership of their platform. This isn't a "maintenance" role. They are scaling fast and need someone who can bridge the gap between their sales team and the shop floor. If you enjoy building complex Flows and seeing your work impact physical production, this is the one as they look to integrate Sales, Service and ERP My client needs a professional builder. You’ll be responsible for cleaning up the current architecture, automating messy manual processes using Flow, and creating the dashboards their leadership team actually uses to run the business. You’ll have a seat at the table and a lot of autonomy. What they’re looking for: • Certified Salesforce Administartor - You need to know the platform inside out. • Flow Expert - You’re comfortable moving away from legacy tools and into modern automation. • Manufacturing Interest - You like the logic of supply chains, SKUs, and understand the hardware. • Local to Boston - You’re able to commute 2-day hybrid balance.
