Salesforce Administrator
Title: Salesforce Administrator Location: Clearwater, FL Target Start Date: 1/12/26 Type: Direct Hire Pay: $130,000 - $160,000 Selling Point on Client: The client is a family-oriented business that prides itself on a culture of accountability, fun, and teamwork. Job Description: • We are seeking a Salesforce & Automation Specialist to help drive our next phase of digital transformation. This individual will expand our Salesforce environment, build automations that streamline operations, and integrate new tools such as Slack, Spiff, and other productivity platforms to enhance collaboration and sales efficiency. The ideal candidate has hands-on Salesforce administration and automation experience, a strong understanding of workflow optimization, and a passion for building scalable systems that empower our sales and marketing teams. Responsibilities: Salesforce Development & Management • Maintain, customize, and optimize Salesforce architecture. • Build and manage workflows, validation rules, process builders, and Flows. • Manage user roles, security settings, and data integrity. Automation & Integration • Design and deploy automations to reduce manual work across departments. • Integrate Salesforce with external tools including Slack, Spiff, HubSpot, and other SaaS platforms. • Implement automated reporting and dashboards for leadership visibility. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement • Work closely with the Salesforce Manager (Kari Rinehart) to align automations with company strategy. • Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify process gaps and automation opportunities. • Document processes, workflows, and system architecture for training and scalability. Performance & Innovation • Analyze system performance and recommend technology upgrades or new features. • Stay current with Salesforce releases and emerging automation technologies. Required Skills: • 3+ years of Salesforce administration or development experience. • Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows, API connections, and third-party integrations. • Experience with automation and integration tools such as MuleSoft or Salesforce Flow. • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Excellent communication and project management skills. Bonus Skills: • Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder Certification. • Experience integrating Slack, Spiff, HubSpot, or similar platforms. • Background in sales operations, marketing technology, or CRM analytics. • Familiarity with AI tools or automation scripting (Python, Apex, or similar).
