REQUIRED SKILLS: (Need Majority; 3+ Years)
• 3+ years' experience as a Salesforce administrator or developer in a production environment
• 3+ years experience in business analysis including:
• Eliciting requirements
• Documenting processes
• Business case development
• Impact measurement
• Change management leadership
• Experience designing and implementing technology solutions
• Certification(s) in Salesforce (Administrator, Developer, or Architect)
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
• Experience implementing and supporting Blackthorn Events
• Technical support experience
• Training development and facilitation experience
• Additional Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst, Platform App Builder)
• Experience with Informatica, Design Thinking, or equivalent methodologies
• Experience in higher education
• Familiarity with Salesforce Education Data Architecture (EDA)
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and deploy Salesforce solutions, including Blackthorn Events.
• Conduct detailed business analysis and document findings.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users.
• Collaborate with the team to follow development and governance best practices.
• Lead or support training and change management activities.
