ā¢ Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related technology field
ā¢ 2+ years as a Senior Salesforce Administrator or 5+ years in a Salesforce Administration capacity
ā¢ Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
ā¢ Practical experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud, including data harmonization, ingestion pipelines, unification, and activation for audience segmentation and targeted campaigns
ā¢ Deep expertise across Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Audience Builder, and advanced segmentation workflows
ā¢ Strong analytical background with hands-on experience building reports, segmentation logic, and insights using Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud intelligence features
ā¢ Thorough understanding of Salesforce platform customization, Data Cloud integrations, and Marketing Cloud automation architecture
ā¢ Solid troubleshooting abilities with a proven track record of helping business users optimize journeys and leverage Data Cloud-driven insights
ā¢ Consistently stays up to date on Salesforce releases, especially enhancements to Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, and provides strategic guidance based on new capabilities
ā¢ Strong project management foundation, with experience leading system implementations, Marketing Cloud deployment initiatives, and Data Cloud adoption projects
ā¢ Excellent communication skills when engaging business stakeholders and executive leadership, translating technical concepts into strategic, actionable recommendations
ā¢ Demonstrated experience producing highquality governance materials and technical documentation, including Marketing Cloud architecture diagrams and operational standards
ā¢ Background supporting new Salesforce org deployments, including Marketing Cloud setup, configuration, and Data Cloud enablement/migration efforts
