Job Summary: Salesforce Administrator is responsible for engaging with firm stakeholders and end users in the hands-on configuration and successful project management of the Litify platform (Salesforce) and the various other tools and integrations provided. The incumbent will be responsible for the planning, scoping, project management, and owning successful delivery of projects. This position is a hybrid role. Job Duties: • Engages with users by attending regular meetings, trainings, and interactions with key decision makers and end users to drive projects forward. • Understands the firm’s business requirements and processes in order to map them to Litify and other Salesforce technology. • Delivers communications regarding project updates as well as leading requirement and design sessions to appropriate stakeholders and end users. • Analyzes, configures, tests, and implements changes within the system. • Creates and maintains technical documentation for end user instruction. • Sets up users, profiles, and roles, and configures reports and dashboards • Develops customer fields, page layouts, process builder workflows • Other duties as assigned. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: • 3 years of experience with the Salesforce platform, either as IT leader, Administrator, or Consultant • 3 years of project management and implementation experience • Experience with data migration from CSV, SQL, or other systems to the Salesforce platform, using tools such as Apex Data Loader • Experience with Click Development in Salesforce platform including but not limited to custom fields, page layouts, process builder workflows • Experience with installing and Click Configuration of certain Appexchange Applications Preferred Education or Experience: • 5 years of applicable experience • Experience as a technical and/or functional architect in an organization focused on CRM • Exposure to the legal industry • Salesforce certifications such as ADM-201 and DEV-401 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Capable of meeting deadlines on a daily basis • Must be highly detail oriented for data entry responsibilities • Ability to multi-task & prioritize duties frequently • Team player with a positive attitude • Able to work on confidential items Apply tot his job
