Salesforce Admin

Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud environments.
• Create and manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
• Build and optimize automations using Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Email Studio in Marketing Cloud.
• Configure and maintain Marketing Cloud Connect for integration with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration or data issues.
• Build reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and user engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement CRM/marketing solutions.
Required Skills:
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201).
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and data segmentation.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and integrating with Sales Cloud.
• Understanding of marketing automation and customer segmentation strategies.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.
Preferred Certifications:
• Salesforce Admin
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator
