This role requires expertise in B2B and B2C phone sales, helping sales reps build confidence, improve call effectiveness, and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement cold calling training programs tailored for the USA market.
Train sales reps on effective cold calling strategies, lead qualification, and conversion techniques.
Conduct role-playing exercises, live call coaching, and call audits to refine sales pitches.
Teach objection handling techniques to overcome resistance and close deals over the phone.
Implement cold calling scripts, frameworks, and rebuttal strategies for consistent messaging.
Provide real-time feedback on sales calls to improve engagement and closing rates.
Train teams on CRM usage (Apollo.io, HubSpot, Salesforce) for call tracking and lead management.
Stay updated on best practices for cold calling compliance, customer behavior, and industry trends.
Requirements:
? Proven experience in training sales teams on cold calling in the USA market.
? Strong knowledge of lead generation, cold outreach, and phone-based sales psychology.
? Experience in coaching teams on handling objections and improving conversion rates.
? Excellent communication, presentation, and live coaching skills.
? Familiarity with call tracking software, CRM tools, and sales automation platforms.
? Ability to design cold calling scripts, rebuttals, and playbooks for sales teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
