Tasks
About the role:
We are seeking a passionate Team Leader who displays strong leadership qualities and is able to motivate and get the best out of a remote team. Responsibilities include:
Monitor calls by consultants for coaching and development purposes
Review productivity & KPI achievement to ensure all opportunities are captured
Coordinate with Management to develop strategies to motivate consultants & improve productivity
Provide support for consultants including troubleshooting and escalations
Carry out training, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews
Carry out admin duties as required
Develop a cohesive and positive team environment
Requirements
Skills and experience:
Experience managing a sales team in a call centre environment
Leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
Highly motivated and KPI-driven
Ability to work independently, and effectively as part of a team
Excellent organisational skills & a demonstrated ability to multitask
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge/experience of the Travel and Tourism Industry would be highly regarding
