Position Summary As our Sales Talent Acquisition Partner , you'll be the architect of our high-performance sales engine. We are looking for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment and possesses the 'sales DNA' required to engage elite talent. In this full-time temporary role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our sales leadership, leveraging your Greenhouse expertise to build a world-class pipeline that fuels our 2026 growth targets.
Responsibilities Strategic Lead Generation: Design and execute multiâchannel lead generation strategies to create a steady flow of highâquality talent for immediate and future business needs. Strategize with Leadership: Act as a trusted talent advisor to sales leaders, recommending dataâdriven strategies to identify and land topâtier revenue generators. Pipeline Mastery: Proactively hunt and engage passive "sales superstars" through advanced sourcing techniques beyond standard job boards. Greenhouse Superuser: Optimize our Greenhouse ATS workflows to ensure data integrity and a frictionâfree experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Desired Skills And Qualifications Sales Recruitment Specialist: 2â5 years of proven experience identifying and closing high-performing sales talent highly preferred. Sourcing: Strong experience with and knowledge of multiâchannel sourcing to attract top quality talent. Interviewer Extraordinaire: Expert in structured, behavioralâbased interviewing techniques that reveal the true "sales grit" in every candidate.
