This is an outstanding opportunity to join a world-class organization and contribute to our ambitious goals by ensuring flawless execution of support tasks that drive sales success.Key ResponsibilitiesInteract with customers from various fields in a laboratory setting.Triage customers to the appropriate Sales Account Manager/Account Executive and assist in lead generation.Manage customer quotes and literature requests for diverse product lines.Receive all technical calls and triage appropriately.Update and maintain CRM systems.Capture new product inquiries.Perform other duties as assigned by Sales Director. Qualifications:Knowledge, Experience and Technical SkillsHighly effective oral and written communication skills.3 – 5 years of customer-facing experience.Understanding of sales processes and goals.CRM experience is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.Ability to multi-task and function independently in a fast-paced environment.Background and/or ExperienceAssociate’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).Five years of relevant work experience.CRM experience and customer interfacing highly preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Additional Information:About LGC:LGC is a leading, global life science tools company, providing critically important components and solutions into high-growth application areas across the human healthcare and applied market segments.
