Ā Working safely to not endanger themselves, co-workers, vendors, or customers
Ā These associates work in cooperation with their Department Supervisor and other associates in their department as well as other departments.

Ā Qualify customer needs
Ā Recommend products
Ā Close sales with every customer in their department
Ā They will also know how to handle basics in adjacent departments.
