They should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales support setting. They should have a friendly and professional demeanor, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong problem-solving skills. The candidate should also have a basic understanding of software programs such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and CRM systems.
