Key Responsibilities
• Customer Engagement: Handle incoming and outgoing calls from prospective aesthetic patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
• Appointment Scheduling: Utilize our booking systems to accurately schedule appointments for consultations with leading aesthetic practitioners.
• Information Provision: Offer comprehensive information on services, promotions, and practitioner availability, ensuring patients feel informed and excited about their upcoming treatments.
• Confirmation and Follow-up: Promptly and professionally confirm appointments, addressing any inquiries or concerns, and manage the lead follow-up process to ensure effective customer engagement.
• Sales Growth: Work closely with Inside Sales Booking Professionals to drive sales growth, and provide support to help achieve sales targets.
• Data Management: Accurately maintain records, and manage data to ensure effective customer engagement and sales growth.

Essential Qualifications
• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the beauty or aesthetics industry.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients professionally and positively.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Independence: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications
• Beauty and Aesthetics Knowledge: Familiarity with cosmetic procedures, skincare products, or beauty services.
• Inside Sales Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, cold calling, or telemarketing.
• Education: Associate's degree or higher, preferably in a related field.
