They are seeking a highly organized Sales Support - Americas to assist Senior Sales Executives by managing sales operations and ensuring the sales team is equipped to succeed.ResponsibilitiesSupport assigned Senior Sales Executives with day‑to‑day sales operations, including:Price quote creationContract generationSalesforce hygiene and opportunity managementMaintain and update Mutual Action Plans to ensure alignment and deal momentumLiaise cross‑functionally with Sales Operations, Legal, Deal Desk and Sales Enablement to remove roadblocks and keep deals progressingTrack and report on KPIs such as:Speed from quote to cashOpportunity completeness in SalesforceMAP adherence and updatesSkillsStrong working knowledge of Salesforce, Clari, and ExcelExceptionally organized, efficient, and reliableAbility to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and urgencyStrong communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholdersExperience using AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, or enhance productivityCompany OverviewNumerix is a capital markets front-to-risk technology provider.
