When Delivery Matters… Position Summary: The Sales Support Administrator’s job duties include preparing pricing documentation and quotes for customers, responding to customer calls and emails, and assisting the sales staff in completing customer paperwork and quote inquiries. The Sales Support Administrator will also follow up with customer's requests for order status, input data into our customer management system, and assist in order entry.
